Tom D’Amore

Tom D’Amore worked at a Big Eight accounting firm as a certified public accountant before earning his law degree.  He is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington & California and practices in all 3 states.  He founded D’Amore Law Group in 1994 and has immersed himself in personal injury law, dedicating his time and work to injured people and their families. He is very proud of the accomplishments of his firm and the caring and compassionate attitude towards the firm’s clients.

Dave Penoyer 

Dave Penoyer is a graduate of Lewis and Clark Law School where he was a law review editor. Prior to law school, Dave obtained his B.A. in Justice from American University in Washington, D.C. Dave started his legal career six years ago in California where he represented individual homeowners who had been harmed by greedy corporate builders. Dave eventually decided to return to Oregon in order to raise his family and continue his fight against greedy corporate interests on behalf of the “regular person.”

Emily Terriquez
 

Emily Terriquez joined D’Amore Law Group in May, 2008 and is licensed to practice in Oregon. Emily focuses primarily on Personal Injury Litigation. She graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2007. Emily previously spent several years doing market research after earning her Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from Carleton College in Minnesota in 2001.

Douglas Oh-Keith

Douglas Oh-Keith joined D’Amore Law Group as an associate in January 2008. Doug graduated from Hastings Law School in 1999. He was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Remedies. Doug practiced for two years in insurance defense, and another seven in plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death and catastrophic injury in the San Francisco Bay area. He moved to Portland in 2006.
